Wiki Version:
This OSF project contains supplementary data for **Edwards RJ et al. (2021) Chromosome-length genome assembly and structural variations of the primal Basenji dog (Canis lupus familiaris) genome.** _bioRxiv_ 2020.11.11.379073; doi: <https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.11.11.379073>. Data is split into three folders: * `genomes` contains the main genome fasta files for China (CanFam_Bas) and Wags. * `chrom` contains just the main chromosome sequences for China, Wags and the two comparison genomes used in the study, CanFam3.1 and CanFam_GSD. * `annotation` contains annotation files for China and Wags. MD5 checksums for all files are in `md5sum.txt`: ``` . ├── annotation │   ├── china.v1.2.gemoma.cds.fasta.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.gemoma.prot.fasta.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.genoma.gff3.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.rrna.gff3.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.trna.txt.gz │   ├── wags.v1.1.gemoma.cds.fasta.gz │   ├── wags.v1.1.gemoma.gff3.gz │   └── wags.v1.1.gemoma.prot.fasta.gz ├── chrom │   ├── canfam.v3.1.chrom.fasta.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.chrom.sort.fasta.gz │   ├── nala.v1.0.chrom.sort.fasta.gz │   └── wags.v1.1.chrom.sort.fasta.gz ├── genomes │   ├── china.v1.2.mito.fasta.gz │   ├── china.v1.2.nuc.fasta.gz │   └── wags.v1.1.fasta.gz └── md5sum.txt 3 directories, 16 files ```
