This component includes quality control data for the replication of the experiment reported in Figures 3B and 7C-E of [Delmore et al., 2011][1].
Quality control data for the MM.1S cell line is available in the [files section][2]. This includes results confirming the cell line was free of mycoplasma contamination ('Myco' in file name) and common mouse pathogens ('Pathogen' in file name). Additionally, STR DNA profiling of the cell line ('STR' in the file name) was performed and cells were confirmed to be the indicated cell line when queried against STR profile databases.
Note: The pathogen results on 6/24/15 also contains the pathogen results for the ACHN cells used in another [RP:CB replication study][3].
