Wiki Version:
This is a brief explanation for the data and code used in the manuscript “Inter- and Intraspecific Trait Compensation of Behavioural and Morphological Defences In a Damselfly Genus” that is currently submitted at Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution. For any comments or questions about the data or code, please contact Max Mühlenhaupt: max.muehlenhaupt@sunrisepc.de The supplementary information "edited_Supplementary_Material_Muehlenhaupt_et_al.docx" for the manuscript submitted to the journal "Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution" has been uploaded here. The data consists of two files: "data.xlsx" - This file contains the scored data from our behavioural assays and morphological analysis for each damselfly larva. "data.txt" - This file contains the same data as "data.xlsx" but as a .txt-file and has been used for loading the data into R. The script consists of one file: "trait_integration.R" - This script contains the code for the behaviour and morphology analysis, as described in the manuscript, and the code required to construct the figures.
