Description: The 2019 novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic has now spread to all over the world and the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the COVID-19 outbreak as a public health emergency of international concern. The uncertainty of situation, information flooding, high number of new cases and total death rate are impacting mental health of the society during this epidemic. The aim of this study was to survey the general public in Indonesia to better understand about information provision about COVID-19, health prevention behavior and mental health during this the epidemic. The data will be used for future reference and design psychological intervention
