Wiki Version:

About This Project
This project contains the data and R code for projects related to the Self-reflection and Insight Scale (SRIS). These data were used in the article "The Self-Reflection and Insight Scale: Applying Item Response Theory to Craft an Efficient Short Form," published in Current Psychology. You are welcome to use and publish the data for your own purposes.
No Permission is Needed
The late Tony Grant freely gave permission for using the original scale. For his explicit permission, see the note about using the scale in the "Original Scale" file, which was sent to me by Tony in the early 2000s, in the FILES section. Likewise, you do not need to request permission for me to use the short form for academic, scholarly, and educational purposes. The items were published in the Current Psychology article in the hopes others would use the scale.
Survey and Data Files
The FILES section contains the items for the 12-item SRIS in Word and PDF format. A Qualtrics block is available for people who wish to directly import the scale into a Qualtrics survey. The folders contain the raw data and R files for curious readers.
