Wiki Version:
Additional Notes **Stimuli** To allow others to replicate and/or build on our work, we have made the stimuli available. Please note that the stimuli for Exp. 1 are divided by condition. Because Exp. 2's stimuli are almost exactly the same for the two conditions, with the exception of the toy-switch trial, we have not split stimuli up by condition for Exp. 2. For Exps. 1 and 2, please note that we have only provided videos in which the yellow rabbit is on the left side of videos. To get the version of the videos in which the yellow rabbit is on the right side, please flip the video horizontally (e.g., using iMovie, QuickTime, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.). Similarly, for Exp. 3, please note that we have only provided videos in which the blue box is on the left side of videos. To get the version of the videos in which the blue box is on the right side, please flip the video horizontally (e.g., using iMovie, QuickTime, PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.). **Preregistrations** There are 2 preregistrations for Exp. 1 because we made an amendment after realizing that there was an issue with our experimental design in the False Belief condition. All data from the False Belief condition that we report in Experiment 1 were collected following this amendment. Additionally, please note that Exp. 1 was initially preregistered under a different project that uses a similar paradigm. This other project does not address the present question of whether toddlers' evaluations are sensitive to others' beliefs, and is instead focused on a different question. This other project also included 8-month-old infants, which is why "8- and 15-month-old" is part of the preregistration title.
