Analysis folder contains separate folders for each task including raw data, aggregated data and R code. To run R code, add the working directory where you save the analysis folder There is a .txt readme file in each folder to explain the columns in the raw and aggregated data files File Demographic info.csv provides participant demographic information Column 1 (Participant) is the participant ID Column 2 (Group) gives the group autistic or nt Column 3 (FSIQ) gives the participant's full scale IQ score as assessed using the WASI Column 4 (Sex) gives the participant's sex M male or F female Column 5 (Age) gives the participant's age in years Columns 6 - 8 give participants score on the Glasgow Sensory Quotient. Total score on hyper- items, total score on hypo- items and total score in that order Columns 9 (DCD) gives participants total score on the Developmental Co-Ordination Disorder Checklist Column 10 (AQ) gives the participants total score on the Autism Quotient Columns 11 - 15 give the participants total score on the subscales of the Autism Quotient 'Social Skill', 'Attention Switching', 'Attention to Detail', 'Communication' and 'Imagination' in that order
