This package contains the code used to extract the song unit timings from humpback whale audio files used in 'Cetacean Citations' Chapters 2 and 3. The initial phrase coding of the audio files was carried out in Raven, to generate phrase selection tables (provided in \inputFiles). Thereafter combinedSongUnitDetect was used in conjunction with Raven to produce song unit selection tables (*.SU2 files).
