Description: The digits-in-noise test allows the assessment of speech perception in noise and proves to be a valuable tool for measuring patient performance. Aim this study is investigate and characterize the use of the digits-in-noise test as an outcome measure in the area of auditory rehabilitation. Outcome measures are important because allow for planning, evaluating success and decision-making regarding the treatment process in the area of auditory rehabilitation.
