This community hosts materials created from the National Forum on the Prevention of Cyber Sexual Abuse (NFPCSA), a grant project funded by the Institute for Museum and Library Services (IMLS) and hosted by Tufts University.
The NFPCSA brought together a diverse group of library workers to build a shared understanding about how digital violence is perpetrated, the racialized and gendered power structures that enable it, as well as tools and strategies for its prevention. We aimed to inspire, empower, and energize library workers to build relationships across their campuses and develop outreach, instruction, and other support structures in order to foster an online culture of consent and liberated participation.
If you’d like to learn more about the NFPCSA, you can review the Forum notes, which are published in this community.
We are using this OSF repository to host PDFs of content that is also available at https://nfpcsa.pubpub.org.
This work stemmed in many ways from conversations within DLF's Privacy and Ethics in Technology Working Group. We are grateful to this community for their support of our work.
