Modeling Maltese Noun Plural Classes without Morphemes

In this project we model the classification (TiMBL and NDL) and production (LSTM and GRU) of the Maltese noun plural system on the basis of whole words alone without using morphemes. The results of our modeling support a Word and Paradigm approach of morphological processing.
