Description: SCOPE (Search and Chemical Ontology Plotting Environment) is a Python toolbox for biochemical literature search and analysis. This OSF project holds historical data for trend analysis and normalization in SCOPE.
This is a companion project to SCOPE, specifically to store and share results retrieved from the Europe PMC Annotations API. Searches restricted to certain years (by publication date) can be used to study research trends or normalize results based on time-matched term frequency inverse document frequency (TFIDF).
