Description: We will create 2 use cases from the domains of telecommunication and public administration to elicit requirements and to evaluate DataScience4NP system developed. Portugal Telecom and AMA (the governmental agency for the improvement of public procedures) will manage the use cases and involve non-programmer data analysts from their staff to evaluate the system to extract business insights from existing datasets.
