Category: Project
Description: This research project focuses on conducting a scoping review of the effectiveness of Transference-Focused Psychotherapy (TFP) in adults diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). The aim is to evaluate the existing literature that reports the effects of TFP on reducing BPD symptoms and associated psychological variables, such as emotional state, emotional regulation, impulsivity, aggression, sense of life, suicidal risk, psychosocial adjustment, and quality of life. Both qualitative and quantitative studies of any design will be included to provide a comprehensive overview of the impact of TFP and to guide future research in this area.
