Description: Auditory Hypersensitivity in Chronic Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial of Pain Reprocessing Therapy This project contains data from a randomized controlled trial investigating auditory hypersensitivity in chronic back pain (CBP). We compared CBP patients with healthy controls to assess behavioral and neural responses to aversive auditory and pressure stimuli, and tested whether psychological treatment (Pain Reprocessing Therapy, PRT) modifies hypersensitivity. Shared materials include: First-level fMRI data These resources support the manuscript: Auditory Hypersensitivity in Chronic Back Pain: A Randomized Controlled Trial of Pain Reprocessing Therapy (Panzel et al., [under review]).
