## Thank you for citing our paper: **Tran, P.Q.**, Bachand, S.C., McIntyre, P.B. et al. Depth-discrete metagenomics reveals the roles of microbes in biogeochemical cycling in the tropical freshwater Lake Tanganyika. ISME J 15, 1971–1986 (2021). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41396-021-00898-x ## Genomes I've uploaded the metagenome-assembled-genomes (MAGs) on the Open Science Framework for viewing and downloading while the preprint is up, and during the peer-review process. However, the genomes have been uploaded to NCBI Genbank and will be officially released with Accessed ID on the real publication date. ### The zipped folder of interest that contains the 523 MAGs is in the under: OSF Storage (United States) > MAGs > Manuscript-August-2020 > LakeTanganyika-MAGs-Genomes-August2020-50complete-10contam.zip ### JGI IMG/M Annotation of all 24 assemblies I'm having trouble uploading the large file (>18GB) on OSF so please access the zipped file on Google Drive here in the meantime. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1y_oYnOvk3QOBAPxVLAP9NsIw_rz6vxQ4/view?usp=sharing
