This component contains the Matlab files used to analyze the data. Matlab 2013b (Mathworks, Mathworks, Natick, MA) and later versions were used to create and run this code. This was run on Windows 7 platform. The two main files are "CalcHysSalineInfuseTrials.m" and "CalcHysIsoVolTrials.m". These files calculate the maximum hysteresis (Hmax) and mean hysteresis (Hmean) for each bladder pressure-firing rate relationship for each unit, during each contraction for a given experiment, trial, and volume range. It also plots the average hysteresis loop and standard deviation (error bars) for each unit. It uses the .mat files uploaded in this project. It calls other user-defined functions included in this component. Also included are functions to plots the waveforms, interspike intervals, and raster plots.
