Wiki Version:
**Description of the Model** The attached Excel file is a version of the Policy Analysis of the Greenhouse Effect integrated assessment model (Hope, 2013). This model is fundamentally probabilistic, but is written in Excel. Whilst we are providing this model, with our newly developed scenarios included in it for free, the model only works with the @RISK software (for which you must purchase a license). Hope, C. (2013) "Critical issues for the calculation of the social cost of CO2: why the estimates from PAGE09 are higher than those from PAGE2002."
