Description: Calorie labelling practices and implementation of recommended calorie labelling guidance in selected outlets pre-post regulation will be examined. We will examine the use of calorie labelling, purchasing behaviour and calorie knowledge of customers pre-post regulation of mandatory calorie labelling in the out-of-home sector. Intercept surveys will assess customers knowledge of the following: 1. Customer's knowledge of the energy content of their OHFO purchases 2. Whether customers noticed calorie labelling 3. How customer used of calorie labelling when making OHFO purchasing choices
