Description: The Fundamental Social Motives framework is an evolutionary approach toward understanding the social motivations that guide human behavior and cognition. Here, our large international collaborative investigates how these motives do (and do not) differ across cultures, and how the motives change over time and in response to global events (e.g., the COVID-19 pandemic). All work was conducted in collaboration with a global team. Full authorship can be found on our publications.
