Wiki Version:
The Best Practices for Authoritative Data working group focused on understanding the perspectives of authoritative data providers, authoritative data consumers, and application/tool developers that use provider APIs to allow consumers to search and select data. The presentation describes the working group process and outputs of the first charter of the working group. A second charter will be starting in late spring of 2021 and will focus on change management for authoritative data. **First Charter Outputs** - [Survey Results for Cataloger User Stories][1] - [Cataloger User Stories for Working with Authoritative Data and Supporting Developer and Provider User Stories][2] **Other helpful links** - [First Charter][3] (completed in January 2021) - [Second Charter][4] (beginning in April 2021 focusing on Change Management) - [Presentation video][5] - [Presentation slides][6] [1]: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/x/JQqiCw [2]: https://tinyurl.com/5edtjz6t [3]: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/x/OoupCg [4]: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/x/pgFrD [5]: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dECx03SdPMk [6]: https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1H4qtBL_LPis_L6R9QtdBKyGWKW9fiEofxfdwA20YUTs
