This analysis script is in R Markdown format which allows for the interleaving of plain text and analysis code to facilitate readability ('literate programming'). - Users familiar with R may wish to run the .Rmd file themselves in order to reproduce the reported analysis (note that you will need to change the file path for the data file to the location of the file on your computer). - Users unfamiliar with R may simply wish to view the .html file in their web browser.
