This repository aggregates the code and summary statistical results data for the study "shared brain and genetic architectures". This study was conducted with publicly-available data from the UK Biobank (UKB) and from multiple large-scale GWAS studies. Only output data from canonical correlation analysis (CCA) that were used to produce figures is aggregated in this repository; no individual-specific inputs or subject ID numbers are included. GWAS summary statistics are hosted elsewhere and thus we only share the downloading links in this repository. Data, code and wiki pages are organized separately for brain association and genetic association analyses.
