Description: This project proposes a novel framework for AI governance that integrates democratic principles with the scientific method. The goal is to create a self-sustaining and scalable system where AI agents can autonomously manage and develop governance processes. This framework addresses key challenges in AI governance, such as transparency, accountability, and inclusivity, while incorporating recent advancements in AI and governance research. The proposed system includes a hierarchical structure of AI agents acting as voters, experts, and discussion controllers. It outlines functional components for prompting proposals, engaging experts, reviewing information, facilitating discussions, voting, and articulating rationales. The system is designed to operate independently, self-propagate, and scale infinitely, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to new challenges. By combining democratic principles with the scientific method, this framework aims to create a governance model that is both ethically sound and scientifically robust. This integration ensures that AI systems are developed and deployed in ways that are transparent, accountable, and reflective of societal values.
