# Head-to-head comparison of the RMI and ADNEX ---------- This repository is a supplement to the paper published in [XXX](url "title"). In this project we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis of external validations that presented results for [ADNEX model](url "https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25320247/") and [RMI model](url "https://obgyn.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1111/j.1471-0528.1990.tb02448.x"). This repository contains all the information needed to replicate the results included in the systematic review and meta-analysis. To properly run the code we recommend downloading the full repository and running the scripts. ---------- The repository includes - [Protocol](https://osf.io/m2cxw): The prospectively registered protocol that is also available online in PROSPERO (ID CRD42023449454) - [Extraction sheet](https://osf.io/p6m2h): excel sheet containing all the raw information extracted from the included studies. This information is displayed in a machine-readable format in `data/data_ADNEXRMI.xlsx` (all information except TRIPOD) and `data/TRIPOD_both.xlsx` (TRIPOD assestment). - [ADNEXvsRMI_OSF.qmd ](https://osf.io/43tzn): Quarto interactive document that outputs the results and figures included in the paper. To execute this code quarto must be installed but we provide the [rendered HTML](https://osf.io/cj9dh) also. - [ADNEXvsRMI_OSF.R ](https://osf.io/8rwcp): Ready to execute code that produces all figures included in main paper and suplementary material, all tables in main paper and suplementary material and analyses conducted using R. To properly run the code make sure to download the whole project. - [JAGS script](https://osf.io/u6ay4): Script needed to perform the trivariate meta-analysis for net benefit and relative utility as present in the work by [Wynants and colleagues](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/29575170/). ---------- If you encounter any problem or have any question feel free to contact me : lasai.barrenadataleb@kuleuven.be
