The repository below contains all files for the implementation of the manuscript "Computing Integrated Information", Krohn & Ostwald (2017). Please refer first to the readme file (which can be read directly here by clicking on the file name). To download the files, click on "OSF storage". Then the option "Download as zip" will appear. All m-files, including the external subfunctions folder, must be on the user's Matlab search path. The code has been tested for Matlab versions 2014a, 2014b, and 2015b for Windows as well as 2016b for Ubuntu. Dependency on statistics toolbox.
