Description: The present study aimed to develop and validate a questionnaire comprehensively assessing a stable state of wakefulness, conceptualized as a psychological state occurring in both secular and conventional spiritual contexts. Wakefulness is an expansive, self-transcendent, stable state of being in which a person’s perception of and relationship to the world are transformed.
