Description: This project investigates how public-civic initiatives develop urban commoning processes within the context of municipalist political hypothesis. and the possible strategies to implement commons-based governance in urban planning. It starts looking at public actions produced in the Spanish Cities of Change, focuses on the actors involved in the practice of public-common partnership in Barcelona and the ecosystem created, and expands the possible futures of planning with an exercise of scenario-making.
