Wiki Version:
Contains the R script reproducing the results reported in "*Classic-Probability Accounts of Mirrored (Quantum-Like) Order Effects in Human Judgments*" by Kellen, Singmann, & Batchelder. The main file is `main_analysis.R` which performs all the analyses and requires the following files: - `quest_ord.txt`: data file of polls reported by Wang et al. (2015). We thank Joyce Wang for providing this data. - `null_dist_qq.rda`, `null_dist_iqq.rda`, `null_dist_m2yn_ra.rda`: binary R files containing the null distributions of models M_1, M_2, and M_2yn,r produced via semi-parametric bootstrap. These files were produced by the files in `p-value_simulations.zip`. `main_analysis.R` also produces most of the figures in the manuscript. Note, to run the script you will need R package `MPTinR` which is described in: Singmann, H., & Kellen, D. (2013). MPTinR: Analysis of multinomial processing tree models in R. *Behavior Research Methods*, 45(2), 560–575. http://doi.org/10.3758/s13428-012-0259-0
