Description: This project concerns classification of DSA image sequences of patients with acute ischemic stroke into thrombus-free and non-thrombus-free. The respective model is described in the paper "Deep learning-based classification of DSA image sequences of patients with acute ischemic stroke" by Mittmann et al. The trained models are provided in the data section under "DeepLearningBasedDsaClassification". The corresponding source code is provided online in a github repository under the link https://github.com/BMittmannTest/DeepLearningBasedDsaClassification A proof of concept demonstration tool as described in the paper "Towards clinical translation of deep-learning based classification of DSA image sequences for stroke treatment" by Baumgärtner et al. is available in the respective section "Demonstrator" and on github under https://github.com/NAMI-THU/DSA-Thrombus-Classifier
