LA Sanitation and Environment is currently assessing the city streets, and the data will be updated thereafter. Each street score is based on four factors: litter, weeds, bulky items, and illegal dumping. While the data collected is restricted to the City of Los Angeles' public right of way, the city is in discussions with other local public entities to determine the best way to measure cleanliness on property the City of Los Angeles does not own.
