Many refugees have experienced the loss of a loved one and a significant number develops symptoms of Prolonged Grief Disorder (PGD), a mental health disorder newly recognized by ICD-11 (WHO, 2019). This longitudinal study aims at exploring trajectories of PGD symptoms after confirmed and ambiguous loss and identifying the role of factors such as postmigration stressors over time in Arabic-speaking refugees.
