Wiki Version:
The goal is to determine whether the effect of light on MC firing is a consequence of light-induced increase of inhibitory interneurons activity. For this reason recording are made in the presence of the GABAA et GABAB inhibitors Gabazine (5 µM) et CGP 55845 (10 µM). The result shows that these condition did not prevent the reduction of MC firing activity produced by the light.
