Raw data files ("df_anonymous.csv" in "Analysis in R" folder) 2. Programs to clean and analyze the data "Analysis in R" folder: - "df_anonymous.csv" (data files including timestamps, excluding prolific_ids) - "Codebook.xlsx" (identifies variable names) - "analysis_button.html" (output of an R Markdown file, to be opened in a browser) - "output" folder --- "figures" folder (containing all figures in PDF resulting from the R markdown) --- "code" folder ------- preparation.R (data preparation, renaming variables and removing sensitive data) ------- analysis_button.Rmd (R markdown file) ------- final_redcross_payment.R (to determine the total payoff to the charity) 3.
