Wiki Version:
We want to keep tabs on everyone’s progress getting through IRB. This page and its corresponding components are meant to store all the documents that were **submitted** to each IRB. Note 1: we are phasing out the Lab ID system. The labs that were onboarded prior to 2021 have lab IDs and the newer labs do not have lab IDs. For those who have already started creating folders on OSF with lab ids, it would be helpful if you could rename your folders with the site principal investigator's PSAID (e.g PSA_140). *Instructions for data collection labs*: 1. Create a new component within “Submitted IRB Documents” and title it with the site PSA ID (e.g. PSA_001). We typically use the site principal investigators PSA ID as the site ID. You do not need to fill in any other information about contributors, tags, licenses, etc. As an example, see uploaded documents from USA_140. 2. Upload all documents submitted to your IRB to the component you created (OSF uses both drag and drop AND point and click — [see help page here][2]). 3. Some institutions require specific (COVID-related) procedures for conducting in-person research. If this is a current requirement at your institution and/or IRB please make sure to include any COVID amendments with the IRB materials that you upload to OSF (COVID_PSAID). We have included a [COVID plan from Lehigh University][3] as a template for your use—for your IRB (if needed) and in your respective labs. Please adapt as needed. Note 2: Since this project was on hold for some time, some of you may have needed to submit extension requests to keep your IRB protocol active. If so, please update your components accordingly. Note 3: you will upload your approval / exemption documentation and a copy of the official consent form in another component for approval/exemption documentation. Email psa005stero@gmail.com if you have questions. Detailed instructions can be found [here][4].
