Wiki Version:
1. LR will create a draft for a pubpeer comment that we discuss 2. LR creates a few sample comments that we maybe send to researchers and ask for their feedback 3. We determine when the first batch of comments goes out, if we are actually sending them out or let others do it (anonymously?) and how regularly we update the dataset (as long as this cannot be automized via an API) 4. We [write everything down][1] in a transparent way 5. Somebody will then write to pubpeer again and submit the first batch of comments.
