This OSF repository contains supporting information to reproduce figures from Lange et al (2021) "A confirmation bias in perceptual decision-making due to hierarchical approximate inference". ## Code to reproduce figures All code can be found at https://github.com/haefnerlab/confirmation-bias. In particular, the `PaperFigures.m` matlab script reproduces all figures in the paper, provided that subjects' data have been downloaded and placed in the appropriate path. ## Anonymized human subject data Data are stored here in a `.mat`. file separately per subject per session. Matlab functions for loading and parsing this data can be found in the git repository referenced above.
