## R Scripts - Use `power_PANGEA.R` and `power_simr.R` to recreate mixed model analysis. - Use G*Power to recreate *d* effect size power estimations from pre-print. ## PANGEA settings PANGEA url: https://jakewestfall.shinyapps.io/pangea/ ### Step 1 - Select `Custom Design` - Set three variables: `Participants`, `Items`, `Match` - Check the box under `Participants` and `Items` - Press `Submit Design` ### Step 2 - `Effect size (d)`: 0.06263754 - `Number of P's`: 165 - `Number of I's`: 24 - `var(error) + var(P*I*M)`: 0.9401094 - `var(I*M)`: 0.02118062 - `var(P*M)`: 0.03870993 - Press `Compute Power` ### Step 3 - Check the computed power - Replace `Number of P's` and `Number of I's` and check the updated power
