# Paper repository Repository contains the following files: - R scripts - `01-data-prep.R` Load data with labels, groups and color scheme for plots. Plot and save correlation matrix. - `02-zero-order.R` Main analysis for zero-order correlation network. - `03-glasso.R` Main analysis for partial correlation network with gLASSO regularisation. Comparison plots for differences between two networks. - `04-redundancy.R` Redundancy test for correlations. Results expored as CSV - 4 Bootstrap RDS files. Saved output of network bootstrap methods. - Data file: `data.sav` - Variable names and labels: `labnames.csv` After running all R scripts, output will be organized into two folders: `results` (for CSV and RDS files) and `figures` (for PNG files).
