Description: This is a double-blind, within-subjects, oxytocin administration fMRI study. Subjects were 32 healthy mothers to 3-7 months old infants. Mothers were scanned twice, a week apart. Intranasal Oxytocin (24 IU) or placebo were randomly administered prior to imaging. In each session mothers observed 3 paradigms: Emotional valence paradigm, Attachment paradigm, Empathy paradigm.
