Description: The current study was designed to examine whether a mindfulness-based intervention would help to prevent depressive response after the presentation of a dysphoric affect induction. We used two different types of control groups; the first control group consisted of listening to an audiobook, controlling for nonspecific factors only, whereas the second control group consisted of exercise yoga, controlling for nonspecific intervention factors as well as for the active ingredient of exercise.
