Description: We developed and validated a survey instrument to measure the implementation of media literacy education in elementary and secondary schools through diverse stakeholders including parents, teachers, school librarians, school leaders, and community members. We published the results of this study in scholarly journals and offered reports to school district and community leaders, creating a baseline and blueprint for further development in implementing media literacy education in schools.
