Description: This study aims to enhance the utility of existing UK data sources on behavioural aspects of health and wellbeing, specifically the development of excess weight (obesity), and mental health in children and young people through ontological alignment. A multi-stage phased approach integrating AI-Assisted rapid reviews, data mapping, ontological annotation and public and stakeholder engagement will explore how existing UK datasets can provide insights into behavioural aspects of health and well-being in children and young people, and how these datasets can be enhanced to promote discoverability and interoperability by using an ontology-based annotation schema to represent key behavioural factors influencing health and wellbeing in children and young people.
