Wiki Version:
R code and model output (e.g., to verify our results or to examine a MCMC sample of the posterior) for this project is available below. To get posterior samples, first load an .rda file from the "Model Output" folder. These are labeled by their respective analysis (1, 2, or 3) and the model that was fit. These models can be found in the corresponding R code. To get the posterior samples for model 1 from analysis 1, for example, load the file "a1.m1PCTSI.rda". Next, run the command "post = posterior_samples(a1.m1.PCTSI)". The object "post" will contain the posterior samples. Note that you do need to have the brms package (https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/brms/index.html) loaded. Contact James Rae at jrrae@umass.edu or Kristina Olson at krolson@uw.edu with any questions or comments.
