Description: This study will describe the available evidence for use vessel wall MRI in the diagnosis of Primary CNS Vasculitis. A better understanding of the effectiveness of vessel wall MRI as an alternative to more invasive diagnostic testing will be helpful in the development of future diagnostic guidelines for Primary CNS Vasculitis.
