Description: Introduction: Living on the streets is seen as a multifactorial cause, and that many impacts the lives of people with this condition, especially in relation to their health and its therapeutic itinerary. Reaching old age, when currently seen the expectation of life becomes something great and desired by the population, but little is discussed in how to reach this stage of life, especially when talking about elderly people homeless, who are widely vulnerable, sometimes because they are elderly, sometimes for being homeless. Inclusion criteria: this research will be constructed with a view to learning, improvement and understanding of homeless elderly people in the context Brazilian, considering all its ethical, cultural, political and social aspects, without forget your life path. Therefore, studies, articles, policies, ordinances and gray literature itself on these themes of elderly people in a street situation. Objective: Investigate what the literature presents about aging and the living conditions of the elderly population from the perspective of homeless people in Brazil Methods: This research will be constructed following the criteria of JBI and the PrismaSRC, through a coordinated search in the Medline, Lilacs databases ,Scielo,Web of Science, Google Schoolar and Brazilian Library of theses and Dissertations using Boolean terms and words contained in health descriptors.
