Wiki Version:
Supporting information for the following publication: Yang Liu, Tim Althoff, and Jeffrey Heer. 2020. Paths explored, paths omitted, paths obscured: Decision points & selective reporting in end-to-end data analysis. In *Proc. ACM Human Factors in Computing Systems*. DOI: https://doi.org/10.1145/3313831.3376533 The supplemental material includes: - Further details on interview procedures and analysis. - Further details on ADG visual encoding. - ADGs of P1-P9 in large size. - Raw data structure underlying the ADGs of P1-P9, in JSON format. As our findings might put our participants in a vulnerable position, we have replaced identifiable information in figures, quotes and JSON files. For example, we might replace an identifiable variable name (*autophagy substrate*) with a generic name (*IV*).
