"Processes in Romantic Relationships and Their Impact on Relationship and Personal Outcomes" ("CouPers" for short)
is an SNSF funded longitudinal study of romantic couples. The PI is Prof. Alexander Grob of the University of Basel, Switzerland.
German-speaking romantic couples were recruited from Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. The study ran from March 2016 until November 2018. Participants completed online surveys about their relationships, personality, and other related topics. The study used a measurement burst design, with two weeks of daily surveys at the beginning of the study (wave 1), and after intervals of six months (waves 2 and 3), and 12 months (wave 4).
