**Metadata:** **Main Documents** server.R = the server functions for the Shiny app. ui.R = the user interface functions for the Shiny app. **Data Folder and www** These folders hold the additional documents required to run Open Specy. Check the server.R and ui.R files for dependencies. All dependencies are written within the code as calls to read the files. Any documents referenced in the Shiny app containing api keys have been scrubbed from this folder for security purposes. Any users of this version will need to build their own api key documents before implementing. A more development friendly version of the website which does not use api keys or functions that would require them is available at https://osf.io/gsxz7/
