An OSF project containing all of the materials for the ImageJ macro workshop. This workshop will cover the basics of what a macro is and how to create macros in ImageJ. It will also include an example of how macros can be used to automate image processing in neuroscience. This ImageJ macro workshop is part of a general ImageJ workshop hosted by the UBC Bioimaging Facility the Dynamic Brain Circuits Research Cluster and the NeuroImaging and NeuroComputation Center.
